No. Selucreh provides general fitness information and guidance for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified personal trainer before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
The BMI Calculator uses the standard formula (weight in kg / height in m²). While BMI is a widely used screening tool, it does not account for muscle mass, bone density, age, gender, or body composition. It should be used as a general reference, not a definitive health assessment.
Our meal recommendation engine uses your BMI category, fitness goal, and activity level to generate personalized meal suggestions and calorie/macro targets. The recommendations are based on general nutritional guidelines and are meant as a starting point — not a strict meal plan.
Not all workouts require equipment. We offer programs that range from bodyweight-only to fully equipped gym workouts. Each workout listing clearly specifies what equipment is needed, so you can filter based on what you have available.
For beginners, we recommend 3-4 days per week with rest days in between. Our beginner programs are designed with adequate recovery time. As your fitness improves, you can gradually increase frequency and intensity.
Yes! Selucreh is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. You can browse workouts, check exercises, and calculate your BMI from your phone while at the gym.
Start by identifying your primary goal (lose weight, build muscle, improve fitness, etc.) and your experience level. Use the filters on our Workouts page to find programs that match your criteria. If you're a complete beginner, start with our Beginner Full Body program.
The meal recommendations for weight loss are designed around a moderate calorie deficit with high protein to preserve muscle. However, results depend on many factors including adherence, activity level, metabolism, and overall lifestyle. Use our suggestions as a framework and adjust based on your progress.
Simply navigate to our BMI Calculator page. Enter your height and weight (available in both metric and imperial units), and the calculator will instantly show your BMI score, category, and relevant health guidance.
